Pandalidae shrimps in Madeiran waters

Account of the species of the family Pandalidae recorded from Madeira is given. Heterocarpus grimaldii, Plesionika edwardsii, P. ensis, P. williamsi, P. martia and P. gigliolii are recorded for the first time from Madeira. Whenever available, data on the distribution and relative abundance of the species are given.
