The project management will be coordinated under the Work-Package 1 and will run throughout the course of the contract under the supervision of the Regional council of Guadeloupe. The project management is of dual nature and address the two, technical and administrative/financial, aspects of management. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, three tasks conceptually separated have been envisaged each addressing the aspects depicted bellow:

- Technical Coordination & Quality Control
- Project Internal Communication
